Which items can I order for Click & Collect?
All our products are available to order Click & Collect – look out for our Click & Collect option when selecting your shipping details.

What do I need to bring with me when I collect an order?
When collecting your Click & Collect order you will need to bring:

A copy of the 'Ready to Collect' email. Don't worry if you don’t have a printer, you can show us on your phone or tablet.

A valid passport, photo driving license or the payment card used to purchase the order.
You will be required to sign for your order on collection.

What happens if I don’t want to keep my order?
You will be able to return any Click & Collect order for a full refund within 28 days of collecting it. To do this, you can register the return online and post it back to us or return it in our studio arranging an appointment.
When will my order be ready to collect?
You will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email when your order is ready. An appointment will need to be made to collect your order. We will check with you to arrange a day and a time that suits you.

What happens if I don’t want to keep my order?
You will be able to return any Click & Collect order for a full refund within 28 days of collecting it. To do this, you need to register the return online and post it back to us at your own charge, or arranging an appointment to return it at the design studio.

Can I collect an order on behalf of someone else?
No, unfortunately only the person who made the order can collect it.
Can I try my order on when I pick it up and then return if not right?
You will be able to try your order on in our design studio after you have collected it. If an item is not quite right, we will be able to exchange or refund the item for you. This excludes products that have a hygiene strip or seal, such as under garments, swimwear...
Please note that any order paid by PayPal will only be refunded as store credit if returned.
Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
You can cancel your order within the first 12 hours of placing your order. To do this, you will need contact us through the contact form on the website.
If you would like to cancel your order past the 12 hours you can still contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
